Conference Fees Overview

1. Registration Fee

   The registration fee covers conference meals, venue, tea breaks, and conference materials. Payment is required through the conference website at the time of registration.

2. Accompanying Person Fee

   • If the accompanying person requires conference-provided meals, a fee of US $100 or RMB 700 is payable at the registration site. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or QR code.
   • If no meals are needed, there is no accompanying person fee.
   • Regardless of meal choice, please provide the accompanying person's information so the conference team can send relevant updates.

3. Banquet Dinner Fee

   Participation in the Banquet Dinner is voluntary. The fee is US $50 or RMB 350, payable at the registration site (cash, credit card, or QR code accepted).

4. Accommodation Fee

   After paying the registration fee, your reserved hotel room will be held until check-in. Accommodation charges are paid directly to the hotel upon arrival.
